摘　　要：消防员业务训练是提升消防队战斗力和执行力的根本途径,而训练致伤是消防员职业损伤中最普遍、最常见和最突出的问题,成为影响消防员健康和消防队战斗力的重要因素。本文系统阐述了消防员训练伤的发生率、发生特征和原因等,为减少消防员训练伤害提出具体的预防措施,从而为保障消防员的职业健康,减少消防员训练伤造成的非战斗性减员提供参考。The training of firefighters is the basic way to improve the combat effectiveness and execution of the fire brigade, but training injury is the most common and prominent problem in the occupational injury of firefighters, which is an important factor affecting the firefighters＇ health and the fire brigade＇s fighting power. This paper systematically expounds the incidence rate,characteristics and causes of training injuries among firefighters, and puts forward specific preventive measures to reduce the training injury of firefighters, so as to provide reference for protecting the occupational health of firefighters and reducing the non-combatant attrition caused by the training injuries of firefighters.
