摘 要:揭露武汉四新地区软土分布现状及特性,从不同角度分析其对几类典型市政工程可能带来的不良影响,如:路面下沉、凹凸不平、开裂、桥头跳车严重,以及管涵沉降、错缝、地面塌陷等,负摩阻力降低桩基础承载力,软土中地铁隧道下沉影响列车正常运行等。在此基础上,提出应结合地质条件,根据不同工程建设情况综合考虑过渡设计(过渡柔性路面、桥梁引道过渡段等)、地基处理、加大构筑物埋置深度使建筑物基底置于硬土层等方法,以减少或消除沉降影响。同时,建议有关建设主管部门给予足够重视,尽早开展该区域沉降监测工作。The article introduces the current distribution status and characters of soft soil in Sixin Region of Wuhan, and analyzes its harmful effect possibly on some typical municipal engineering, i.e. pavement subsidence, irregularity, cracking, serious bump at bridgehead, pipe culvert settlement, staggered joints and ground depression from the different angles. The negative friction reduces the bearing capacity of pile foundation. The subsidence of metro tunnel in soft soil will affect the normal operation of train. On this basis,the article puts forward the methods comprehensively to consider the transition design(transition flexible pavement, bridge approach transition section), subgrade treatment, increment of structure embedment depth to make the building base placed in hard stratum according to the geological condition and the different engineering construction situations in order to decrease or eliminate the settlement effect. The relative competent departments of construction are proposed to pay adequate attention and to carry out the settlement monitoring work of this region as early as possible.
