浙江省湖州市耐多药结核病患者治愈影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖州市耐多药肺结核治疗转归情况,分析影响治愈主要因素,为控制耐多药结核病的流行提供依据。方法将2009年10月至2015年6月湖州市所有发现且纳入治疗后满24个月的耐多药结核病患者作为研究对象,设计专用调查问卷,以治愈为应变量,其他因素为自变量,采用非条件logistic回归分析影响因素。结果 83例耐多药结核病患者中,治愈50例,治愈率为60.24%;多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,与复治组相比较,初治组优势比OR=3.442,95%CI:1.071~11.033;与未使用标准治疗方案相比,使用标准化治疗方案的OR=3.433,95%CI:1.238~9.190。结论早期治疗以及使用标准化治疗方案是治愈耐多药结核病的关键因素。Objective To investigate treatment outcomes of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis（MDR-TB） patients andinfluencing factors in Huzhou,Zhejiang province,and provide evidence for the prevention and control of MDR-TB.Methods The study subjects included all the MDR-TB patients who completed the treatment for 24 months in Huzhou from October 2009 to June 2015. The information of MDR-TB patients were collected by using specific questionnaire. The treatment outcome wasused as the dependent variable and other factors were used as independent variables in unconditional logistic regression analysis.ResultsAmong 83 MDR-TB patients,the cure rate was 60.24%. Unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that,compared with retreatment group,the odds ratio（OR）of newly treated group was 3.442（95% CI：1.071-11.033）;comparedwith using no standardized treatment protocol,the OR of using standardized treatment protocol was 3.433（95% CI：1.238-9.190）.ConclusionEarly treatment and standardized treatment were the key factors influencing the treatment outcomes of MDR-TB patients.
