摘　　要：目的 探讨参与式饮食护理对胃癌根治术后患者营养状况的影响.方法 采用目的抽样法,选择2014年5月—2016年5月中日友好医院胃肠外科收治的胃癌患者70例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组35例.对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者实施参与式饮食护理.采用整体营养状况主观评估量表（PG-SGA）和饮食依从性量表对患者进行评估.结果 观察组患者出院时和出院6个月时PG-SGA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组患者出院12个月时PG-SGA评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.观察组患者出院时、出院6个月及出院12个月时饮食依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 参与式饮食护理有助于提高胃癌患者饮食依从性,改善营养状态,但对远期营养状态的效果还有待观察.Objective To explore the effects of participatory diet nursing on nutritional status in patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, 70 gastric cancer patients at Gastrointestinal Surgery of China-Japanese Friendship Hospital were selectod as subjects by purposive sampling. All of the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. Patients of the control group accepted routine nursing intervention. Patients of the observation group were treated with participatory diet nursing. Patients were assessed with the Patient-generated Subjective Global Assessment （PG-SGA） and the Adherence to Dietary Scale. Results The scores of PG-SGA in patients of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at discharge and 6 months after discharge with significant differences （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the score of PG-SGA of patients 12 months after discharge in two groups （P〉 0.05）. The score of Adherence to Dietary Scale of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at discharge, 6 and 12 months after discharge （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Participatory diet nursing contribute to improving the dietary adherence of gastric cancer patients and nutritional status, but the effects of it on long nutritional status remain to be seen.
