摘 要:慢性腰背痛是一个世界范围内非常普遍的高致残性的身心问题,正念减压疗法是以“正念”为基础的心理疗法,目前正越来越多被推荐应用于慢性腰背痛的非药物治疗。本文综述了正念减压疗法的基本概念、训练方法及其改善慢性腰背痛患者疼痛相关的生理问题和反应性行为的效果,同时分析其在实施过程中存在的问题,为今后临床应用提供依据。Chronic low back pain is a common worldwide high disabling physical and mental problem. The mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), a psychotherapy based on mindfulness, is widely recommended for chronic low back pain as a non-drug therapy. This article reviews the basic concepts, training methods of MBSR and the effects related to the improvement of pain related physiological and reactive behavior in patients with chronic low back pain, and analyses the problems that exist in the process of implementation in order to provide a basis for future clinical application.
