反削植皮结合负压引流治疗下肢大面积皮肤剥脱伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察针对下肢大面积皮肤剥脱伤患者治疗中采用反削植皮术后结合负压引流的临床治疗疗效。方法：收集临沂市中医院2009年1月也017年10月期间，由于下肢大面积皮肤剥脱伤而采用反削植皮或负压引流治手术者74例，术后5天后换药观察皮瓣成活率、皮瓣愈合时间、换药次数。结果：74例患者中1例感染，73例5天换药时皮瓣成活，创面愈合时间平均8．23天。结论：下肢大面积皮肤剥脱伤患者在采用反削植皮术后结合负压引流（VSD）技术临床治疗方案后可缩短伤口愈合时间，提高成活率，减少感染几率。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of negative pressure drainage combined with negative pressure drainage in the treatment of patients with large area skin exfoliation injuries of the lower extremities. Methods： From January 2009 to October 2017, 74 cases of skin defoliation injury in Linyi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were treated by reverse chipping or negative pressure drainage. After 5 days, the skin flap survival rate, skin flap healing time and dressing change times were observed 1. Results ： 1 of the 74 cases were infected, and the skin flap survived for 5 days in 73 cases, and the average wound healing time was 8.23 days. Con- clusion： Patients with large area skin exfoliation injury alter lower limb skin grafting combined with negative pressure drainage （VSD） technology can shorten wound healing time, increase survival rate and reduce infection probability.
