重组人干扰素α2b栓联合微波治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b栓联合微波治疗宫颈HPV感染患者的临床效果及安全性。方法收集2016年1月至12月治疗的宫HPV感染患者40侧，采用重组人干扰素α2b栓联合微波治疗，连续治疗3个疗程。结果40例患者第1疗程结束治愈9例、好转5例、无效26例、患者宫颈柱状上皮移位面积均缩小；第2疗程结束治愈17例、好转8例、无效15例、患者宫颈柱状上皮移位面积缩小均〉50％；第3疗程结束治愈28例、好转7例、无效5例、35例患者宫颈表明光滑、柱状上皮移位消失。所有患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论重组人干扰素α2b栓联合微波治疗加快了宫HPV感染的清除速度，临床治疗效果满意，安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b suppository combined with microwave therapy for patients with cervical HPV infection. Methods 40 cases of cervical HPV infection were collected from January 2016 to December 2016. The recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with microwave therapy was used to treat those patients by 3 continuous therapeutic programs of treatment. Results After the first therapeutic program, in 40 patients, 9 cases were cured, 5 cases were improved, and 26 cases were invalid. The area of cervical columnar epithehum was reduced in all cases. After the second therapeutic program, 17 cases were cured, 8 cases were improved, and 15 cases were invalid. The area of cervical columnar epithelium was reduced by more than 50%.At the end of the third therapeutic program, 28 cases were cured, 7 cases were improved, 5 cases were invalid, and 35 cases showed smooth and columnar epithelial displacement. None of the patients showed significant adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion The combined treatment of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b and microwave therapy accelerates the clearance rate of cervical HPV infection, and has satisfactory clinical efficacy and high safety.
