医院保洁工具集中机械清洗消毒的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨医院保洁工具集中机械清洗消毒的效果。方法采用细菌采样检测法对医院集中机械清洗消毒的毛巾、地巾清洁后的物表和空气进行消毒效果监测，并以传统的保洁员手工清洗消毒保洁工具为对照组进行比。结果机械清洗消毒组的毛巾、地巾使用前后细菌培养菌落总数均显著低于手工清洗消毒组（P〈0．01）；机械清洗消毒组的门把手、床栏、呼叫器表面和地面清洁后细菌培养茵落总数显著低于手工清洗消毒组（P〈0．01），机械清洗消毒组的开关和床头柜表面清洁后细菌培养茵落总数明显低于手工清洗消毒组（P〈0.05）；机械清洗消毒组的空气消毒监测细菌培养菌落总数与手工清洗消毒组无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论医院保洁工具集中机械清洗消毒效果明显，是预防医院感染的有效措施，宜推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of centralized mechanical cleaning and disinfection of hospital cleaning tools. Methods Adopt the bacterial sampling method to monitor the disinfection effect of the air and the subject surface cleaned by toweks, ground towels that were cleaned by centralized cleaned and disinfected. The control group was cleaned by cleaning tools that were manually cleaned by traditional cleaning staffs. Results The total number of bacterial colonies before and after the use of towels and ground towels in the mechanical cleaning disinfection group was significantly lower than that of the manual cleaning and disinfection group （P〈0.01） . After cleaning, the total number of bacteria colonies on the handle, bed bar, pager and ground surface was significantly lower （ P〈0.01 ） in the mechanical cleaning and disinfection group. The switch and bedside table surface was also significandy lower than the manual cleaning and disinfection group （ P〈0.05 ） . There was no statistical difference between the mechanical cleaning and disinfection group with the manual cleaning and disinfection group in the total number of air＇ s bacterial colonies （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of centralized mechanical cleaning and disinfection of hospital cleaning tools is obvious. The measure is effective to prevent nosocomial infection and appropriate to use.
