多元整合护理在提高乳头凹陷产妇母乳喂养自我效能中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察多元整合护理在提高乳头凹陷产妇母乳喂养自我效能中的应用效果。方法选择2016年6至12月分娩的乳头凹陷产妇80例作为观察对象，随机等量（40例）分为观察组与对照组，对照组接受常规护理，向产妇提供母乳喂养指导，观察组在对照组指导基础上，加用多元整合式母乳喂养自我效能提升护理，对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果观察组乳头凹陷产妇干预后母乳喂养自我效能评分、产后1周和6周时纯母乳喂养率均显著高于对照组同类产妇（P〈0．05）。结论采用多元整合护理对乳头凹陷产妇实施母乳喂养自我效能干预，对于提高该类产妇的母乳喂养自我效能具备积极价值，可显著提高其母乳喂养成功率。Objective To observe the effect of multivariate integration nursing in improving the breastfeeding self-efficacy of nipple depressed mothers. Methods From June, 2016 to December, 2016 80 cases of maternal nipple cases in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was received routine nursing care, while the experimental group was provided based guidance as wen as multiple breastfeeding self-efficacy to improve nursing. Several observation indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group nipple maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy score after intervention, breastfeeding rates in one week and six weeks after delivery were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion It is of positive value to improve self efficacy of breast feeding by using multiple integration nursing, and it can significandy improve the breast-feeding success rate.
