摘 要:为提升轻型客车驾驶室的乘坐舒适性,提出了某轻型客车前悬架扭杆弹簧基于遗传算法的优化设计。在优化设计扭杆弹簧最大通用化基础上,建立了扭杆弹簧优化设计的数学模型。应用遗传算法优化相关参数,通过有限元分析对扭杆弹簧模型进行应力校核,最后进行样件试验。试验与仿真结果表明优化扭杆弹簧刚度特性符合设计要求。To improve the riding comfort of a light bus cab, an optimal design of the torsion bar spring based on genetic algorithms is proposed. The optimal design of the torsion bar spring is based on the maximum generalization. The mathematical model for optimum design of the torsion bar spring is established. Relevant parameters are optimized by the application of genetic algorithms. And then, a FEM model of the optimal torsion bar spring is built to check the torsion bar spring stress through finite element analysis. Finally, the prototype test is carried out. The test results show that the stiffness of the torsion bar spring meets the design requirements.
