摘  要:为了得到合成方法简单、酸化缓蚀性能优良的缓蚀剂,以氯乙酸乙酯和喹啉为原料,合成了氯乙酸乙酯喹啉季铵盐的二聚体衍生物(ECQD);用高分辨质谱、1HNMR、13CNMR和二维1H-13C HSQC等技术表征了ECQD的结构;采用静态失重法和电化学交流阻抗法考察了ECQD对于N80钢在15%盐酸溶液中的缓蚀性能。结果表明:氯乙酸乙酯喹啉季铵盐粗产品和衍生物ECQD均对90℃的15%HCl体系中的N80钢有较好的缓蚀性能;ECQD添加量为0.040%时,缓蚀率达到98.10%,达到相同缓蚀率时,ECQD的加剂量比粗产品的加剂量明显减少;ECQD在N80钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附为自发过程,且主要表现为化学吸附。The dimer derivatives (ECQD) of ethyl chloroacetate quinoline quaternary ammonium salt were synthesized using ethyl chloroacetate and quinoline as raw materials. The structure of ECQD was characterized by high resolution mass spectrometry, IHNMR, 13CNMR and 2D 1H-13C HSQC. Moreover, the static weight loss method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to investigate the corrosion inhibition properties of ECQD for NSO steel in 15 % HC1 solution. Results showed that both the ethyl chloroacetate quinoline quaternary ammoni- um salt crude product and ECQD had good corrosion inhibition for N80 steel at 90 ℃ in 15% HCI solution. When the dosage of ECQD was 0.040%, the inhibition efficiency could reach 98.10%. When the same inhibition efficiency was obtained, the dose of ECQD was much lower than that of the crude products. Besides, the adsorption of ECQD on the surface of N80 steel conformed to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, which belonged to soontaneous orocess and mainly manifested as chemical adsorption.
