摘 要:在水平固定管式炉上进行不同浓度O_2/N2气氛下成型松木屑制备成型生物质炭的实验,考察O_2在成型松木屑孔隙结构和官能团的影响。通过SEM、BET和FTIR分析,确定O_2对成型松木屑孔隙结构和官能团的影响。结果表明:O_2的引入不仅促进羟基、甲基、亚甲基等脱落和芳环结构的开裂,进而促进成型生物质热解,而且还促进挥发分的析出,有助于孔隙结构的发展,提升成型炭的BET比表面积。最佳引入O_2浓度为4%,此时所得成型炭的微孔率达到最大值96.09%。In this study,the pyrolysis of pinewood columns molded by pine sawdust was conducted in the fixed bed reactor under O2/N2-containing atmosphere.The effects of O2 on biochar briquette porosity and functional groups were studied.The biochar briquette properties such as SEM,BET surfaces area,FTIR spectra were analyzed.The results showed that introducing O2 enhances biomass pyrolysis by promoting cracking of benzene ring and fracture of hydroxyl,methyl and methylene groups,which promotes the release of volatiles and thus improve the development of biochar.Furthermore,the BET surface area of biochar briquette increased as O2 content increased.The optimal pyrolysis O2 content is 4%,in which the microporosity reaches the top value of 96.09%.
