摘　　要：针对农机化行业现状,提出通过实施体制与机制创新,调整、完善农机化科技创新工作的目标、思路和途径,达到通过提升农机化科技创新能力促进供给侧结构性改革的目的的建议。Aiming at the present situation of agricultural mechanization industry,it put forward some suggestions on how to improve the technological innovation ability of agricultural mechanization to promote the structural reform of the supply side by implementing the innovation of system and mechanism,adjusting and perfecting the goal,train of thought and way of agricultural mechanization innovation work.
