摘 要:菲律宾实蝇是菲律宾芒果上危害十分严重的检疫性害虫。本文以Co^(60)为辐照源,研究了γ-射线辐照处理对菲律宾实蝇化蛹、羽化、成虫寿命、产卵及卵孵化的影响。试验结果表明,经10~150 Gy剂量γ-射线辐照处理下,菲律宾实蝇老熟幼虫化蛹率未显著变化,但蛹的羽化率随剂量升高而显著降低。受辐照处理的老熟幼虫,羽化出的成虫寿命缩短、产卵量和卵孵化率随处理剂量增高而降低。The fruit fly,Bactrocera philippinensis(Drew Hancock),is an important quarantine pest. It has been reported to damage Mangifera indica L. seriously. The effects of pupation,emergence,adult longevity,oviposition quantity and egg hatching percentage of B. philippinensis were studied with Co^(60)γ-irradiation treatment in this paper. The fruit flies were treated with 10-150 Gy γ-irradiation respectively.The results showed that the percentage of pupation were not influence,but the percentage of emergence were reduced notably with the dose increasing. Their longevity,oviposition numbers and hatching percentage were reduced with the dose increasing.
