摘　　要：当前秦巴山区小城镇的旅游开发普遍存在一定的盲目性,缺乏有效指导。文章通过建立陕南秦巴山区小城镇旅游开发潜力评价指标体系,对其进行开发潜力评价,并结合熨斗镇的实证研究,得出评价体系具有一定的可操作性,以期为陕南秦巴山区小城镇的旅游开发提供前期指导。Currently,there are some blindness and lack of effective guidance in the tourism development of the small towns in Qinba mountainous area. This paper establishes the evaluation Index system of the tourism development potentiality of small towns in Qinba mountainous area of south Shaanxi, and evaluates the development potentiality. Combined with the empirical research of Iron town, it proves that the evaluation system has a certain degree of maneuverability.In order to provide early guidance for the development of small towns in mountainous area of south Shaanxi.
