摘　　要：目的:调查医学院校A型行为类型医学生分布状况,为今后开展有针对性的思想政治管理工作提供一定的理论依据和数据支持。方法:采用A型行为类型问卷对某医学院校医学生行为类型进行调查。结果:493名医学生中检出A型行为类型医学生34人,中间偏A型行为类型医学生76人,中间型行为类型医学生231人,中间偏B型行为类型医学生103人,B型行为类型医学生49人。参与调查医学生在TH得分高于国内学生常模,在CH得分低于国内学生常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在TABP总分高于国内学生常模,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同行为类型男性医学生与女性医学生在TABP得分均有所差异,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:医学院校A型行为类型医学生分布与国内相关报道基本一致,在管理过程中,积极了解其行为类型特定并开展心理健康教育,能够取得较好的效果。Objective：To investigate the distribution of Type A medical students in medical colleges and provide a theoretical basis and data support for the development of targeted ideological and political managemem in the future. Methods： TABP was used to investigate the behavior types of medical students in a medical school. Results： Among the 493 medical students, 34 were medical students of Type A behavioral type, 76 were intermediate type A medical students, 231 were intermediate type medical students, and 103 were intermediate type B medical students. 49 were type B. The medical students participating in the survey had a higher TH score than the domestic student norm, and had a statistically significant difference between the CH score and the domestic student norm （P 〈 0.05）. The TABP score was higher than the domestie student norm, but the difference was not statistically significance （ P 〉 0.05）. There were differences in TABP scores between male medical students and female medical students with different behavior types, hut there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The distribution of type A medical students in medical colleges and universities is basically consistent with the domestic reports. In the daily management process, actively understanding their specific behavior types and carrying out mental health education can achieve good results.
