摘 要:为了快速而有效地缓解文冠果育苗生产中出现的种苗因徒长而弯曲、倒伏的现象和抗性差等问题,提高育苗质量,选用矮壮素(CCC)、多效唑(PP333)和缩节胺(DPC)这3种植物生长调节剂,设计了不同浓度梯度和喷施次数的24个喷施处理,就不同处理对文冠果种苗生长发育的影响情况进行了研究。结果表明:3种调节剂均有延缓种苗苗高生长和促进地径生长的作用。喷施2次700 mg·kg^(-1)的CCC、500 mg·kg^(-1)的PP333和200 mg·kg^(-1)的DPC,种苗苗高的总生长量均最小,分别为27.29、15.77和23.23 cm;喷施2次300 mg·kg^(-1)的CCC和50 mg·kg^(-1)的PP333及喷施1次150 mg·kg^(-1)的DPC时,调节剂对种苗地径的促进作用最显著,其地径总生长量分别为0.454、0.440和0.414 cm;24个处理中有21个处理的地径总生长量大于对照。喷施过3种调节剂的种苗,其高径总生长量之比均小于对照;当CCC的浓度超过300 mg·kg^(-1)、DPC的浓度超过150 mg·kg^(-1)、喷施1次浓度超过350 mg·kg^(-1)的PP333和喷施2次浓度超过200 mg·kg^(-1)的PP333时,种苗的高径总生长量之比均上升,调节剂延缓种苗苗高生长和促进种苗地径生长的作用均下降。种苗的分枝发生率与调节剂的浓度呈负相关,24个处理中有9个处理的分枝发生率均为0。In order to quickly and effective relieve the problem of bending, lodging and poor resistance of seedlings which are caused by the excessive growth of seedlings that improve quality of seedlings during seedling production of Xanthoceras sorbifolium, and 24 spray treatments with different concentration gradients and spraying times were designed to study the effects of different treatments on the growth and development ofXanthoceras sorbifolium seedlings. The results showed that all the regulators had the effect on retarding the height growth and promoting the diameter growth of seedlings. Spraying twice 700 mg.kg-1 of CCC, 500 mg.kg-1 of PP333 and 200 mg.kg-1 of DPC which had effective effect on the total growth of seedlings height, which was the lowest respectively to 27.29 era, 15.77 cm and 23.23 cm. And spraying twice 300 mg.kg-1 of CCC and 50 mg.kg-1 of PP333, and spraying once 150 mg.kg-1 of DPC which had the most significant promotion effect on the total growth of seedling ground diameter that respectively to 0.454 cm, 0.440 cm and 0.414 cm. And 21 of the 24 treatments had greater total growth of seedlings ground diameter than the control. Three kinds of regulators sprayed the seedlings, it's total growth ratio of the height-diameter are less than the control. The total growth ratio of the height-diameter was increased by the seedlings were sprayed with the concentration of CCC more than 300 mg.kg~, the concentration of DPC more than 150 mg.kg-1, and sprayed once with the concentration of PP333 more than 350 mg.kg-1 and sprayed twice with the concentration of PP333 more than 200 mg.kg-1 that means the effect on retarding the height growth and promoting the diameter growth of seedlings was reduced. The branch incidence of seedlings was negatively correlated with the concentration of the regulators, and 9 of 24 treatments had 0.
