集束化护理预防心力衰竭患者压疮的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:总结探讨集束化护理预防心力衰竭患者压疮的应用效果。方法选2013年7月-2016年7月间我院收治的心力衰竭患者120例设为研究对象,并随机分观察组和对照组各60例患者,对照组应用常规心力衰竭护理方法。观察组患者应用集束化护理模式,观察两组患者的护理满意度、压疮发生率、压疮上报率、护理纠纷等。结果观察组压疮发生率3.33%、护理纠纷发生率1.67%明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度(95.2±2.5)分、高危压疮上报率25.00%明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理预防心力衰竭患者压疮的效果确切,可提高护理满意度,降低压疮发生率,值得推广使用。Objective： Evaluate the effect of bundled care in preventing pressure ulcers in patients of heart failure. Methods 120 inpatients during 2013.7-2016.7 were used in this research. These patients were divided into two groups（n=60） randomly. One group was control, and the other group was bundled care group. Then the following indexes were compared between the two groups： Nursing satisfaction, pressure ulcer rate, pressure ulcer register rate, and nursing dispute rate. Results In bundled care group, pressure ulcer rate（3.33%） and nursing dispute rate（1.67%） were much lower than those in control group（P〈0.01）, nursing satisfaction（95.2±2.5 points） and pressure ulcer register rate（25%） were much higher than those in control group. Conclusion Bundled care is useful in preventing pressure ulcers in patients of heart failure.
