摘  要:目的对肝癌介入患者的护理中应用品管圈的实际效果进行研究分析。方法选择2017年6月至2017年12月在我院进行治疗的肝癌介入患者共15例作为研究分析对象,使用随机数字法,将所有患者分为观察组、对照组两组,对照组通过常规方式进行健康知识教育,观察组通过品管圈活动进行健康知识教育,将两组患者的健康知识教育合格率以及患者对护理的满意度进行对比。结果在健康知识教育合格率方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在患者对护理满意度方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在对肝癌介入患者的护理中应用品管圈活动进行健康知识教育有显著的效果,明显提高患者的健康知识教育合格率以及对护理的满意度,在临床护理中值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of quality control circle on the intervention of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 15 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent treatment in our hospital between June 2017 to December 2017 were selected as subjects for study analysis. All patients were divided into observation group and control group using random number method. Control group Health knowledge education was conducted in a routine manner. The observation group conducted health education through quality control circle activities. The health education rate of the two groups of patients was compared with the satisfaction rate of the patients. Results The qualified rate of health knowledge education was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05). In terms of patient satisfaction with the care, the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of QC activities in the care of patients with hepatic cancer intervention has significant effects on health knowledge education, and significantly improves the patient's health knowledge education qualification rate and satisfaction with nursing care. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
