功劳木溶液倒模联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察功劳木溶液倒模联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法:将100例中重度寻常性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组50例采用功劳木溶液倒模联合红蓝光治疗;对照组50例单用红蓝光治疗,治疗后比较两组治疗有效率。结果:治疗4周后治疗组痊愈30例,显效12例,总有效率84.00%,对照组总有效率58.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功劳木溶液倒模联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮疗效好,不良反应少。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Gonglaomu solution combined with Blue-red LED phototherapy for the treatment of moderate-severe acne vulgaris. Methods： 100 patients of moderate-severe acne vulgaris were divided into two groups at random： 50 patients in experimental group were treated with Gonglaomu solution and Blue-red LED phototherapy,50 patients in control group were treated with Bluered LED phototherapy. After treatment,the efficiency of two groups was compared. Results： After four weeks treatment,in the experimental group,30 cases were recovered,12 cases showed effect. The effictive rate of the experimental group was 84.00%,the effictive rate of the control group was 58.00% with a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Gonglaomu solution combined with Blue-red LED phototherapy is a satisfactory treatment to moderate-severe acne vulgaris while with few side reactions.
