摘　　要：采用Granofin Easy F-90对软化的绵羊裸皮预鞣后，实施无盐浸酸并用硫酸铝进行鞣制，与常规浸酸硫酸铝单独鞣制进行对比。结果表明：F-90与硫酸铝结合鞣制体系中，硫酸铝用量为5％时，坯革收缩温度可达87．6℃,而硫酸铝单独鞣制的坯革收缩温度只有67.1℃；与硫酸铝单独鞣制相比，结合鞣制的坯革具有更优异的耐化学介质稳定性和物理机械性能，提高了对胶原纤维的交联程度，耐黄变等级为4-5，白度提高至72．3：扫描电镜观察坯苹微观形态发现，结合鞣的坯革粒面平细，胶原纤维分散程度高，铝盐鞣剂在坯革断面均匀分布。该基于F-90预鞣一无盐浸酸一硫酸铝结合鞣制技术是一种清洁化的无铬鞣法，可以获得综合性能良好的白湿革，该工艺方法对实现清洁化制革生产有一定的指导作用。In comparison of aluminum sulfate tanning with traditional pickling, the bated sheep pelt were pre- tanned by using Granofin Easy F-90 and then tanned by aluminum sulfate with non-sah pickling. The results show that in the combination tanning system of F-90 and aluminum sulfate, the shrinkage temperature of crust leather could reach to 87.6℃ when the dosage of aluminum sulfate is 5%. While the shrinkage temperature is only 67.1℃ by alu- minum sulfate tanning alone. Compared with aluminum sulfate tanning, the crust leather of combination tanning has better chemical resistance stability and mechanical strength, the cross-linking degree is improved, the grade of yellow resistance is 4-5 and the whiteness is improved to 72. 3. From the scanning electron microscopy, it is find that the crust leather has fine grain surface and the collagen fibers is dispersed well, the aluminum sulfate distributes evenly in cross section of crust leather. The F-90 pre-tanning - non-salt pickling - aluminum sulfate combination tanning technology is a cleaner chrome-free tanning method, which could obtain good comprehensive performance of wet- white leather. The method has some guiding effect on the cleaner production of leather making.
