摘 要:考察了氧化海藻酸钠(OSA)鞣制牛皮的条件,并与有机膦盐、TWT和戊二醛的鞣制性能进行了对比。在优化条件下,OSA鞣制白湿革的收缩温度达到85℃以上,纤维分散程度高,色白且粒面平细..OSA鞣制白湿革的等电点为4.71,低于有机膦盐和TwT鞣制白湿革(5.04和5.05),这使得其对染整材料的吸收率也稍低.但仍达到了90%左右,而其染色均匀性较好。作为一种不含游离甲醛的有机鞣剂,OSA鞣制坯革的综合物理、感官性能略优于其他有机鞣坯草。The optimal tanning conditions of cattle hide using oxidized sodium alginate (OSA) were investigated. The tanning properties of OSA were evaluated in comparison with those of organic phosphine, TWT and glutaraldehyde tanning agents. The shrinkage temperature of OSA tanned wet-white leather is higher than 85℃ under the optimal tanning conditions. In addition, the well separated fiber network, high whiteness and smooth grain of wet-white leather are obtained by using OSA. The isoeleetric point of OSA tanned wet-white leather is 4. 71, which is slightly lower than those of organic phosphine and TWT tanned ones (5.04 and 5.05). This fact results in relatively lower uptake rate of post-tanning chemicals in OSA tanned wet-white leather (but still reaching approx. 90%). However, OSA tanned crust leather shows good dyeing levelness. In general, as a formaldehyde-free organic tanning agent, OSA could produce crust leather with slightly better comprehensive physical and organoleptic properties compared to those using other organic tanning agents.
