摘 要:分析了循环流化床导热油炉的煤颗粒燃烧闭路循环系统,讨论了固体颗粒循环流动特性和煤颗粒在循环回路中的循环燃烧过程,研究了循环流化床导热油炉的导热油循环供热系统,并且对注入式流程和抽吸式流程、单一用热设备与多个用热设备的工艺流程、一次循环系统或二次循环系统、气相加热方式及液相强制循环供热方式进行了讨论分析,总结了循环流化床导热油炉的设计方法与计算步骤。The coal particles combustion closed circulation system of circulating fluidized bed heat conduction oil furnace is analyzed, the circulation flow characteristics of solid particles and coal particles combustion process in the circulating loop cycle are discussed, the heat conduction oil circulation heating system of circulating fluidized bed heat conduction oil furnace is reasearched, and the injection process and suction flow, the process flow of single heat equipment and multiple heating equipment, the primary circula- tory system or secondary circulation system, the circulation heating mode of gas phase and liquid phase heating forced circulation heating mode are discussed. Finally, the design method and calculation steps of circulating fluidized bed heat conduction furnace are summarized.
