摘　　要：对淬火槽热处理质量影响因素进行分析,通过增加循环搅拌装置,控制工作区域淬火介质流速,增大板式换热器面积,以及降低介质温度,保证了工件热处理质量。The influencing factors of heat treatment quality of quenching tank are analyzed. By increasing the circulating stirring device, controlling the velocity of quenching medium in the working area, increasing the area of plate heat exchanger and reducing the temperature of the medium, the heat treatment quality of the workpiece is guaranteed.
