摘　　要：介绍了中盐吉兰泰氯碱化工有限公司氯碱厂片碱装置由于碱液中氯酸盐腐蚀造成设备频繁检修,致使分布器在检修后不能均匀布液,最终导致片碱浓度低的状况。通过对现有装置进行改造,提高了片碱产量及质量。Due to the corrosion of chlorate in lye,the equipment is frequently overhauled,the distribution device cannot be evenly distributed after maintenance. Finally,the alkali ~concentration can not reach the target and the alkali concentration is low.
