摘　　要：《公共文化服务保障法》初步构建起了一个公共文化服务领域的基本制度体系,《公共图书馆法》从公共图书馆的设立、运行、服务等方面进行了全方位的制度构建,这两部法律完善了我国公共文化领域的法律体系,促进了我国公共图书馆法制建设。Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law of the People＇s Republic of China sets up a system of basic rules and regulations in the field of public cultural services. Public Library Law of the People＇s Republic of China makes a comprehensive system construction from the aspects of the establishment,operation and service of public library. The two laws have improved China＇s legal system in the field of public culture and promoted the construction of the public library legal system in China.
