摘　　要：亚洲自动化程度最高、行程最长的冷拔机在徐工液压件公司新厂区建成啦!The most automated cold drawing machine with the longest processing distance has been built up at the new plant of XCMG Hydraulics Co. Ltd! The cold drawing technology of XCMG hydraulics could be called one of the most out-of-world scientific feats. It has helped set national standards,and has been widely reported by such media as CCTV and Xinhua Daily.Hydraulic cylinder is the key part of construction machinery, which requires a strong and thin cylinder barrel with a long processing distance. The most effective way to achieve this goal is using cold drawing technology.XCMG has spent 20m yuan in this newly built cold drawing line. The longest cold drawing distance reaches 18 meters. It can not only meet all the needs of XCMG's large tonnage crane oil cylinders, but help the company independently build thin-barrel oil cylinders of excavators of more than 500 tons, which will largely break the bottleneck of the current cold drawing tubes manufacturing.
