摘 要:论文所设计的是一种用于获取高精度微小应变测量信号的装置,其结构特点为采用金属可焊接材质,通过焊接方式安装到测量基体上,呈两头粗、中间细的形状,因此在拉压载荷作用下发生的应变都集中在中间薄弱区域,可以起到将测量基体的微小应变传递和放大的作用。利用有限元仿真手段进行了结构优化,并结合标定试验,证明了该微应变信号测量装置结构设计的合理性和可行性,申请并授权专利一项。Design for one kind of high precision micro-strain measuring equipment which can enlarge the measuring signal. Its structural features are that it is made of metal material which can be welded easily on the basic measured body,with both ends big and mid part thin structure,so under different types of load such as tension and pressing,the maximum stress and strain occur in the middle district and it plays an important role of transmit and enlarge the micro-strain from the basic measured body. By using of FEM simulation method,it performed structural optimization,coupled with calibration test,it verifies that the micro-strain measuring equipment is designed feasibly and reliably.
