摘  要:航空润滑脂作为一种新型的润滑剂,具有应用广泛,性能优异的特点,其主要应用于飞机上的仪器仪表、着陆、电气等机械及动力装置,用来润滑轴承、滚珠丝杠、齿轮等机械传动部件,其具有使用寿命长、温度应用范围宽、极压润滑能力强的特点,论文主要研究7011与7015航空润滑脂对轴承钢及不锈钢配副的摩擦学性能,得出7011润滑脂更适用于重载高速的工况,且轴承钢相对于不锈钢承载能力更好。As a new type of lubricant, aviation grease has the characteristics of wide application and excellent performance. It is mainly used in aircraft instrumentation, landing, electrical and other mechanical and power devices to lubricate bearings, ball screws, gears, etc. The mechanical transmission components have the characteristics of long service life, wide temperature application range, and strong extreme pressure lubrication capability. This paper mainly studies the tribological performance of the 7011 and 7015 aviation grease on the bearing steel and the stainless steel pair, and draws the 7011 grease even more. Suitable for heavy-duty and high-speed working conditions, bearing steel has better bearing capacity than stainless steel.
