糖尿病肾病中医证型与实验室指标的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究DKD患者中医证型与实验室指标之间的相关性,为DKD辨证分型提供客观化的依据。方法:对入选病例进行辨证分型,釆用SPSS17.0统计软件分析病程、血糖、Hb A1C、Cys-C、Scr、UA、TG、TC、GFR、尿ACR等实验室指标与中医证型的相关性。结果:随着疾病的进展,尿ACR、Scr、Cys-c、UA、TG、TC、LDL-C由阴虚燥热→气阴两虚→脾肾阴虚→阴阳两虚逐渐递增,GFR、HDL逐渐递减;Hb A1C在阴虚燥热证和阴阳两虚证差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在一定程度上反映了DKD病情的进展。结论:DKD中医各证型与病程、GFR、尿ACR、Hb A1C、Cys-C、Scr、TG水平变化有显著相关性。Objective： To study the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and laboratory indexes in patients with DKD,in order to provide objective basis for syndrome differentiation of DKD. Methods： Divided syndrome types for the selected cases,and analyzed the correlation between TCM indexes such as course of disease,blood glucose,Hb A1 C,Cys-C,Scr,UA,TG,TC,GFR,urine ACR and TCM syndromes by SPSS17. 0 statistical software. Results： With the progress of the disease,urinary ACR,Scr,Cys-c,UA,TG,TC,LDL values were increased gradually by Yin deficiency and dry heat→ deficiency of both vital enery and yin →spleen and kidney yin→deficiency of both yin and Yang,GFR,HDL,Hb A1 C decreased gradually; there was a significant difference between the Yin deficiency and dry heat and deficiency of both yin and Yang syndrome（ P〈0. 05）; To some extent,they reflects the disease progress of DKD. Conclusion： DKD TCM Syndrome Types in different stages have significant correlation of GFR,urine ACR,Hb A1 C,Cys-C,Scr,TG.
