摘　　要：在全球化高度发达的今天,构建健全的传统陶瓷行业发展规划应当从更加广阔的大格局、大视野入手。如何在全球化的进程中规避我国传统陶瓷业千百年来的劣势,如何更好地融入到"一带一路"倡议所带来的政策红利中来,值得我们深思。文章意在通过总结和反思影响我国传统陶瓷业兴盛和没落的主要原因,对比古今传统陶瓷业发展条件,展望其在"一带一路"背景下发展的机遇与挑战。In a highly developing world, a sound Chinese traditional ceramics industrial development plan needs the broader and broader horizon. How do we evade the disadvantages of our traditional ceramic industry over the past few hundred years？ How do we integrate it better into the policy dividend brought by ＂the Belt and Road＂ initiative in the process of globalization？ This article is intended to summarize the main factors which are influencing the prosperity and decline of traditional ceramics industry in our country, and to compare the development conditions of ancient and modern ceramic industry, and look forward to its opportunities and challenges under the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative.
