摘　　要：运用五运六气理论指导临床实践,以陈无择"司天方"治疗丁酉年四之气之疾病,临床疗效满意。取验案以运气理论进行分析,阐述其对临床的指导意义。Using the theory of five-yun and six-Qi guides the clinical practice. Treating the disease of the fourth- Qi, Dingyou year by using CHEN Wuze＇ s Sitian prescriptions. The clinical efficacy is satisfied. Using the theory of five-yun and six-Qi analyzes some cases to state it＇ s guiding significance of clinical practice.
