扶正祛邪法改善乳腺癌患者化疗毒副作用临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析扶正祛邪法改善乳腺癌患者化疗毒副作用的临床效果。方法:选取乳腺癌接受化疗患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组(n=30)及实验组(n=30),对照组常规治疗化疗期间的毒副作用,实验组在对照组的基础上采用扶正祛邪法进行治疗,全程观察并比较2组患者免疫功能及临床症状改善等情况。结果:实验组的症状评分改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组的卡氏评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在白细胞下降及恶心呕吐方面,实验组改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛邪法能够改善乳腺癌患者化疗期间的临床症状,减少化疗所导致的不良反应的发生,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Fuzheng Quxie method in improving the side effects of chemo- therapy in breast cancer patients. Methods： A total of 60 patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer were se- lected as study subjects. They were divided into control group （n=30） and experimental group （n=30） according to ran- dom number table. The control group routinely treated toxic side effects during chemotherapy. The experimental group was treated with the method of strengthening and eliminating the evil spirits on the basis of the control group. The whole process of observation and comparison of the immune function and clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved. Results： The improvement of symptom scores in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the Kappa score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. In leukocyte decline and nausea and vomiting, the experimental group improved significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of strengthening body energy and eliminating phlegm can improve the clinical symptoms of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy, reduce the incidence of adverse re- actions caused by chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life of patients.
