Objective: To observe the effect of massage with four fingers in treating cervical spondylosis. Methods: 60 patients with cervical cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into massage with four fingers group and control group (cervical traction group), 30 cases in each group. The treatment was once daily, 10 times for a course of treat- ment and the study treated 1 course of treatment. In the study, the VAS pain scale, cervical dystrophy index (NDI), and surface eleetromyography were observed, and the effectiveness of massage with four fingers for cervical spondylosis was explored. Results: The effective rate of massage with four fingers group was 100%, and the effective rate of the control group was 100%. After treatment, the differences of MPF, MF, VAS, and NDI between the two groups were statistically significant and the massage with four fingers group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: The massage with four fingers method is safe and effective in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy, and it can effectively improve the fatigue resistance of patients' trapezius muscle.
