摘 要:依据某工程在后注浆和非注浆两种条件下的3组6根钻孔灌注试验桩,采用锚桩法静载试验和振弦式钢筋测力计法,对钻孔灌注桩进行了破坏性试验,确定了两种条件下钻孔灌注桩单桩竖向抗压极限承载力、桩侧土极限侧阻力和桩端土极限端阻力。通过对钻孔灌注桩试验结果的对比分析可知,在后注浆成桩条件下,单桩竖向抗压极限承载力提高了55.0%;在非注浆试验桩单桩竖向抗压极限承载力值时,后注浆试验桩的沉降量减少了34.6%~63.9%;桩侧土极限侧阻力除细砂层提高了95.6%~105.1%外,其他地层提高了48.5%~63.3%,桩端土极限端阻力提高了18.0%。研究成果为该区域工程桩设计提供了准确、有效的依据。The methods for deatructive static loading tests with the anchor piles and vibrating-wire steel dynamometer,based on six bored piles which are divided into three groups in post grouting or non-grouting condition for certain project,are used to determine the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity of single-bored pile,the ultimate side resistance of pile side soil and the ultimate tip resistance of pile end soil in the post grouting or non-grouting. The comparison and analysis on the test results of the bored piles show that the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity of single-bored pile is increased by 55. 0% in the post grouting condition,and the settlement of the post grouting test pile decreases by 34. 6% ~ 63. 9%at the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity of the non-grouting test pile. The ultimate lateral resistance of pile side soil is increased by 48. 5% ~ 63. 3% except for increasing by 95. 6% ~ 105. 1% in the fine sand layer,and the ultimate tip resistance of pile end soil is increased by 18. 0%. All the results provide the accurate and effective basis for the engineering pile design in this area.
