摘　　要：围绕创建"美丽家园,清洁乡村"环境整治方案和改善农村人居卫生环境状况的总体发展目标,将嘉鱼县城区与各乡村的生活垃圾治理纳入同一个体系中,以"户分类、组保洁、村收集、镇转运、县处理"的主要治理模式为核心,打破行政界限因地制宜,统筹治理城区与农村的生活垃圾,达到生活垃圾减量化、资源化,无害化,建立城乡生活垃圾收集处理的技术支撑体系。Based on the overall development goal of creating a ＂beautiful homeland, clean the countryside＂ environment remediation plan and improving the health conditions in rural areas, the domestic garbage management in urban areas of Jiayu County and rural areas is put into the same system. The household classification, group cleaning, village collection, town transit, county management ＂as the core of the core, breaking the administrative boundaries in line with local conditions, co-management of urban and rural garbage, waste reduction, recycling, building sound of urban and rural life garbage collection and processing technology support system.
