节能省地型住宅建设分析

摘　　要：随着城镇化建设速度的加快,城镇人口的数量越来越多,为满足人们的居住需求,住宅产业的规模也在不断扩大。随着住宅建设的发展,国家的土地资源短缺情况越来越严重。因此,有必要培育国家住宅产业化基地,建设节能省地型的住宅。只有在住宅的建设过程中合理利用土地、水、材料等资源,并融入环保理念,才能促进我国社会的可持续发展。分析住宅产业化过程中节能省地型住宅的作用,以及节能省地型住宅的构建要点,望可对类似工程提供借鉴。With the acceleration of urbanization, the number of urban population is increasing. To meet people＇s living needs, the scale of the housing industry is also expanding. With the development of residential construction, the shortage of land resources in the country is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the national housing industrialization base and build energy-saving and land-saving housing. Only the rational use of land, water, materials and other resources in the construction process of residential buildings and the integration of environmental protection concepts can promote the sustainable development of our country, s society. This paper analyzes the role of energy-saving and land-based housing in the process of housing industrialization, and points out the construction of energy-saving and land-saving housing. It is hoped that this can provide reference for similar projects.
