摘  要:隔震技术是在首层与地下1层之间设置隔震层,由下支墩、隔震支座、上支墩组成,隔震层梁柱在隔震层上支墩生根,结构为型钢混凝土组合结构,梁柱节点核心区钢筋复杂、密集。通过施工前合理优化,采用穿筋、套筒连接与焊接等工艺联合运用,确保了工程质量,提高了施工效率,大幅缩短了工期并节约了费用,为后续工序创造了条件。The seismic isolation technology is set up between the first layer and the underground one layer, composed of a lower pier, isolation bearing, upper buttress, the isolation layer is rooting in the isolation layer, the structure is steel reinforced concrete composite structure, the reinforcement of the core area is complex and intensive. Through reasonable optimization before construction, using the technology of through reinforcement, sleeve connection and welding, to ensure the quality of engineering, improve the construction efficiency, shorten the construction period and save cost, and create conditions for the follow-up process.
