摘　　要：潍坊，“襟连海岱，道承齐鲁”，具有悠久灿烂的历史文化，是东夷文化的发祥地，也是我国历史上最大的风筝和木版年画集散地，清乾隆年间有“南苏州、北潍县”之称。Weifang has a long history and splendid culture for its unique geographical location connecting Taishan Mountain and Bohai Sea and its special culture inherited from the ancient Qi and Lu States. As the birthplace of Dongyi culture and the largest distributing center of kites and woodcut New Year paintings in history, Weifang was a prosperous place in history and it was compared to Suzhou as in the saying "Suzhou in the south,Weixian in the north" during the reign of Emperor Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty,Reform and opening up not only means political and economic transformations,it also means the liberation of thoughts,the revival of traditional culture and the stimulation of creativity.Weifang, the land with rich and profound culture,has been bursting with youthful energy since then.On entering the new times, Weifang, with constructing "culturally famous city" as its target, spares no effort to establish the city brand of "Benevolent Land of Culture, Great Success of Weifang",enabling the long and profound traditional culture and distinctive city culture shine with vigor and vitality.
