摘  要:目的通过对一起由畜间疫情追踪发现的人间布鲁菌病聚集性疫情的调查,分析疫情发生的原因及防控工作中存在的问题,为布鲁菌病防治措施提供依据。方法根据动物防疫部门提供的畜间疫情,对发生畜间疫情的养殖场从业人员开展布鲁菌病虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)和流行病学追踪。结果共检查养殖户942只肉山羊和1 055头奶牛,发现16只羊和1头牛布鲁菌病阳性,对3家牛羊养殖场和其他养殖户的57名从业人员调查,发现布鲁菌病患者3例和隐性感染者1例,所有患者均有外来羊接触史。结论建德市首次出现外来羊引起的人间布鲁菌病聚集性疫情,应加强引进牲畜的检疫,从业人员做好个人防护,加强医务人员诊治知识培训。Objective To provide evidence for the prevention and control of brucellosis through investigating and analyzing the outbreak causes of human brucellosis from annimals in Jiande. Methods The Rose-Bengal Plate Agglutination Test( RBPT),serum agglutination test( SAT) of brucellosis and epidemiological tracing investigation were conducted among workers in the farms with animal epidemic according to animal epidemics provided by animal epidemic prevention departments. Results A total of 942 meat goats and 1 055 cows were tested,among which brucellosis was detected from 16 goats and one cow. Among 57 workers from three farms( breeding goats and cows) and other breeding farmers,brucellosis was detected from 3 patients and one inapparent infection was found. All cases had ever contacted with nonlocal goats. Conclusion In Jiande,this is the first brucellosis outbreak caused by nonlocal goats. The quarantine of imported livestock should be strengthened. Moreover,employees do a good job of personal protection and it is necessary to strengthen the training of medical staff in diagnosis and treatment.
