摘　　要：目的了解大连市2014年-2017年监测年度流感病毒流行趋势和病原特征,为大连市流感预防控制工作提供基础。方法对大连市2014年4月1日-2017年3月31日2家国家级流感监测哨点医院的流感样病例(ILI)的鼻咽拭子标本采用实时荧光定量PCR方法进行核酸检测。结果共检测3 960份标本,阳性599份,阳性率为15.13%,高峰出现在每年冬季12月-次年3月,由各型流感病毒交替引起。5岁~14岁年龄组的核酸检测阳性率最高。检测样本中男、女比例为1.14∶1。结论 2014年-2017年大连市流感流行形式严峻,流感样病例百分比和阳性率较高;流感流行主要在冬春季,流行型别多样,主要以新甲型H1N1、季H3N2、BY系和BV系交替流行为主;15岁以下年龄组为主要的易感人群;不同性别感染率无差异。Objective To understand the epidemic trends and pathogenic characteristics of influenza virus from 2014-2017 in Dalian,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza. Methods Nucleic acid detection was performed on nasopharyngeal swab specimens of influenza-like cases（ ILI） collected from two national influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals during April 1,2014-March 31,2017 in Dalian by using real-time PCR method. Results A total of 3960 specimens were detected,among which 599 specimens were positive,accounting for 15. 13%. The epidemic peak occurred with the alternative epidemic during December-the next March every year. The positive rate of the group from 5 to 14 years old was the highest. The proportion of male to female was 1. 14∶1 in the test samples. Conclusion The flu epidemic in Dalian is severe during 2014-2017,with a high proportion of ILI and high positive rate. The epidemic seasons were winters and springs,with various influenza virus types,and novel influenza A（ H1 N1）,influenza A（ H3 N2）,influenza B Victoria and influenza B Yamagata appeared alternately. The group under 15 years old is the main susceptible population,and the differences in the positive rates between different genders have no statistical significance.
