摘 要:目的研究ATP生物荧光法在洗手效果评价中的应用。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,对武汉市部分医疗机构医务人员洗手效果进行评价,同时与菌落计数法作平行比较。结果编号A、B、C等3种ATP生物荧光检测仪分别检测108例、96例、108例医务人员洗手效果,洗手后RLU值下降率中位数依次为96.46%、94.34%和96.61%;菌落计数法检测洗手后细菌菌落数下降率中位数为99.61%。经Wilcoxon符号秩和检验,各种仪器/方法洗手后RLU值/细菌菌落数的下降率差异均无统计学意义;经Kruskal-Wallis H秩和检验,不同岗位工作人员洗手后RLU值/细菌菌落数的下降率之间差异也无统计学意义。结论采用ATP生物荧光法来评价洗手效果具有可行性,本研究推荐洗手后ATP生物荧光法检测RLU值下降率≥90%作为评价标准。Objective To study the application of ATP bioluminescence method used in hand washing effect evaluation.Methods Three kinds of ATP bioluminescence detectors were used to detect the effect of staff's hand washing,with colony counting method as parallel comparison. Results Three kinds of ATP bioluminescence detectors were used to detect the effect of 108,96,108 staff's hand washing,respectively. The median of the rate-of-descent of three detectors were 96.46%,94. 34%,96. 61% respectively,and the median of the rate-of-descent of cfu was 99. 61%. By Wilcoxon signed-rank test,the rate-of-descent of RLU/cfu between each two detectors/methods had no statistical significance. By Kruskal-Wallis H rank sum test,the rate-of-descent of RLU/cfu among different positions had no statistical significance.Conclusion It is feasible to evaluate the effect of hand washing by ATP bioluminescence method. And in this study,it is recommended that the rate-of-descent of RLU after hand washing which is equal and above 90% can be used as the evaluation standard for ATP bioluminescence method.
