摘  要:以纳米银负载的钛酸钡纳米粒子为填料,纳米纤维素为基体制备出了具有高介电性能的复合材料。考察了加填量对复合材料的介电性能、热学性能和力学性能的影响,探讨了表面羟基化在改善界面相容性和提高力学性能方面的作用。结果表明:复合材料的介电常数随加填量的增加而提高,当加填量为50%(质量)时,复合材料的介电常数达到17(在1k Hz),介电损耗为1.08(在1k Hz);经表面羟基化的金属银负载的钛酸钡纳米粒子与纳米纤维素之间具有良好的界面相容性,填料在纳米纤维素基体中分布均匀;加填对复合材料的热降解温度影响不大,表面羟基化处理对复合材料的力学性能有显著提高,抗张强度提高了44.4%。A composite with high dielectric properties was prepared from nanocellulose as the matrix and nano-Ag loaded BaTiO3 nanopartieles as the fillers. The impacts of filling amount on the dielectric properties, the thermal properties and the mechanical properties were investigated. The effects of surface hydroxylation on the improved interracial compatibility and mechanical properties were discussed. The results showed that the dielectric constant of the composite increased with the increase of the filling amount. When the filling amount was 50% ( by mass ) , the dielectric constant of the composite was 17 ( at 1 kHz), and the dielectric loss was 1.08 ( at 1 kHz). The surface hydroxylated Ag@ BaTiO3 had good interface compatibility with nanocellulose, and the fillers is distributed evenly in the nanocellulose matrix. Fillers had little effect on the thermal degradation temperature of the composites, the mechanical properties were improved significantly by surface hydroxylation. The tensile strength was increased by 44.4%.
