老年脑卒中患者运动功能障碍及口腔健康行为与龋病的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对脑卒中患者进行口腔疾病的调查来了解脑卒中后运动功能障碍对于口腔健康行为情况的影响。方法:研究对象为自2016年9月至2017年10月募集的发生脑卒中在半年以上的大于等于60岁的207名老年患者,采用口腔问卷调查表和口腔检查表相结合的方式,利用多因素回归分析有无运动功能障碍及口腔健康行为与龋齿的相关性。结果:无运动功能障碍组的刷牙合格情况、就诊频率情况、洗牙频率情况均高于有运动功能障碍组(P<0.05);无运动功能障碍组口腔健康行为合格者患龋率明显低于有运动功能障碍者(P<0.05);无运动功能障碍组的口腔健康行为情况优于有运动功能障碍组(P<0.05)。有无运动功障碍和口腔健康行为均对患龋情况产生影响,其中有无运动功能障碍影响最大。结论:脑卒中后患者的运动功能障碍导致对口腔健康行为产生不利影响,今后应致力于提高脑卒中患者的口腔健康行为,降低老年患者的患龋率,提高生活质量。Objective： To study the effects of physical dysfunction on oral health behavior of patients with stroke. Method：207 participants were more than 60 years with stroke more than half year, who were recruited from September 2016 to October 2017. The correlation of caries with physical dysfunction and oral health behavior was assessed by using oral health questionnaire and check table and analyzed by linear regression. Result： The rate of brushing tooth and frequency of visits and frequency of cleaning tooth in the non-physical dysfunction patients were obviously higher than the rate of patients with physical dysfunction. The caries rate of non-physical dysfunction patients was obviously lower than patients with physical dysfunction. The condition of oral health behavior with non-physical dysfunction was obviously better than patients with physical dysfunction. Physical dysfunction and oral health behavior both have an important effect on caries. The first one has the greatest impact. Conclusion： The physical dysfunction of the patients after stroke leads bad effects to the oral health behavior of the patients. To improve the living quality, we should focus on the oral health behavior of patients after stroke.
