摘　　要：中国与大湄公河次区域(Greater Mekong Subregion,GMS)各国在传统医药领域交流甚密。而且,GMS极其丰富的药用生物资源、医药文化的共通性以及药材资源和消费市场的互补性使中国与GMS各国在药材和中成药研发合作和贸易方面潜力巨大。本文对中国与GMS各国传统医药联合研发近况进行简要概述,并针对目前可进一步合作的工作方向进行展望。中国与GMS各国深入合作开展传统医药研发可为解决中国企业制药原料不足问题及临床药物供不应求问题提供有效途径,还可有效促进GMS生物资源可持续利用以及传统医药技术和资源的优势互补与共享。The communication of traditional medicines between China and other countries from Great Mekong Subregion（GMS） is extraordinary frequent. Due to the extremely abundant medicinal biological resources in GMS, intercommunity of medical culture and complementarity of medicinal material resources and consuming market, the commerce and cooperative research and development（RD） of medicinal materials and Chinese medicinal preparations between China and other GMS countries are tremendously potential. In this review, the progress on RD cooperation of traditional medicines between China and other GMS countries were briefly summarized, with the future perspectives on the current work that can be further cooperated. The deep RD cooperation of traditional medicines between China and other GMS countries can provide an effective approach for the Chinese enterprises that urgently need pharmaceutical raw materials and the requirement of Chinese clinical medication. Additionally, it can also effectively promote the sustainable utilization of biological resources and the advantage complementarity and sharing of traditional medical technologies and resources in the GMS.
