摘　　要：以山东科技大学青岛校区植被为研究对象,在前期对校园植被进行外业调查的基础上,研究了植被专题数据的组织管理、分类分级规则、植被专题符号库创建以及多尺度综合可视化表达方法等方面内容,并利用ArcGIS10.2软件完成了校园植被专题地图的创作,扩大了GIS的应用领域,为植被管理、保护奠定了基础。Thematic maps of vegetation is a kind of thematic map which takes plant communities as the main study object according to the different purposes and classification system.Taking the vegetation in Shandong university of science and technology as the object,based on the external investigation in the campus,we researched the management and organization of vegetation thematic data,the rules of data classification,the construction of symbolic library and the method of multiscale integrated visualization and used ArcGIS 10.2 to produce the campus vegetation thematic map.
