摘 要:为提高国土整治项目区规划设计成图效率问题,提出了一种基于倾斜摄影和实景三维设计方法。利用无人机倾斜摄影快速获取项目区真实地貌,以三维实景软件系统为平台融合正射影像图、倾斜影像图、数字高程图、数字线划图及实景采集车和手持GPS设备采集的图像等,进行基于现状图的三维规划设计。将该方法用于湖北大悟县某国土整治项目中,能快速制作三维立体设计场景,满足规划设计和评审要求。In order to improve the efficiency of planning and design of the land remediation project,a new method based on oblique photography and real 3D design is proposed.The real landscape of the project area is obtained by unmanned aerial vehicle.Three-dimensional planning and design is achieved for orthophoto images,oblique images,digital elevation maps,digital line graphs and the images,which are collected by the real scene acquisition vehicle and the hand-held GPS equipment and are merged by the 3D virtual software system.This method can be applied to a land remediation project in Dawu county of Hubei Province,which can quickly produce three-dimensional design scenes to meet the planning and design requirements.
