摘　　要：在医药卫生体制改革的形势下,社区家庭医生的重要作用逐渐凸显出来。文章用齐齐哈尔市第一医院社区签约家庭医生发展建设情况来分析社区家庭医生服务的现状和特点,探讨社区家庭医生服务的存在问题和缺陷,并提出建设性对策。Under the trend of the national medical and health system reform, the important role of community family doctors was highlighted gradually. It took the development and construction of community contracted family doctors in the First Hospital of Qiqihar as an example, analyzed the status and characteristics of community family doctor services, discussed the problems and shortcomings of community family doctor services, and put forward constructive countermeasures.
