摘 要:采用原位矿化染色新技术对纯棉筒子纱活性染料染色进行了生产试验。与传统染色工艺相比,采用该染色新技术可使染色用水减少40.56%,蒸汽用量减少30.24%,电能消耗减少22.45%,染色废水CODCr降低69.99%,染色废水BOD5降低79.18%,染色废水氨氮总量增加468.93%,染色废水总氮含量降低47.33%,染色废水总磷含量降低36.55%,染色废水色度降低49.89%。The reactive dyeing of cotton cheese is carried out with the newly invented in situ mineraliza- tion dyeing process. Compared with the traditional process, the water used for the dyeing, the steam consumption, the electricity power consumption, CODcr, BOD5, the residual nitrogen in ammonia, the re- sidual total nitrogen, the residual total phosphorus and the color of the effluents are respectively re- duced by 40.56%, 30.24%, 22.45%, 69.99%, 79.18%, -468.93%, 47.33%, 36.55% and 49.89%. This new pro- cess provides a different way for cotton dyeing using reactive dyestuffs with the feature of significant water saving, emission reduction and eneray saving.
