摘 要:介绍了车用纺织品雾化性能测试方法和原理,通过对比实测数据,分析了采用质量法和反射法进行雾化试验时影响测定结果的各种因素。例如:样品预处理阶段,需按标准规定的干燥时间进行干燥;采用质量法测试时,油浴温度越高,冷凝板温度越低,加热时间越长,雾化量越大;采用反射法测试时,油浴温度越高,冷凝板温度越低,加热时间越长,雾化值越小等。The testing method and principle of the fogging characteristics of automotive textiles are intro- duced. Through the comparison of the measured data, the factors which influence the results of test in the weighing method and reflectance method are discussed. For example, during the pretreatment stage, samples should be dried according to the drying time of the standard. When using the weighing method, the higher the oil bath temperature, the lower the temperature of the condenser plate, the lon- ger the heating time, the larger the fogging quantity are. When using the reflectance method, the higher the oil bath temperature, the lower the temperature of the condenser plate, the longer the heating time and the smaller the fogging quantity are.
